Goings-on at the Winegar Household
Life is still same old, however we need to put on our big kid pants and start making some decisions. I feel like it is time to go back to work. I don't want to at all, i have loved being at home with my family everyday, but there are some things that we need to take care of before I can quit altogether. Hopefully, I will be able to reduce my hours to just 4 a day, that way, we shouldn't need anybody to watch the kids most days. Dustin has been looking to become a concealed firearms instructor. He just received his own CF permit and would really enjoy teaching the class that you need to take to receive it. He would continue to paint with his Dad and do the classes on the side. We have started the process to getting Gavin some help on his speech. As most of you know, he doesn't say anything at all yet, and he gets more frustrated every day as his means of communication are so limited. He qualifies for a program through the school district where they will come to our house and work with him a couple times each month. I hope that will help because he is too smart to not be able to communicate. Makenna just keeps growing and growing. We finally put her in her own bedroom because she like to get both of her legs up over her head and slam them down as hard as she can. It is pretty noisy in the bassinet, especially at 3 AM! Love to all! We hope to see most of you soon!

I loved the update!! The new pictures of the kids are so cute! Going back to work is so hard. I am totally feeling for you.
Hi! This is Rachel, Kris' wife (Julie's son) I hope you don't mind, I got your blogspot address from Annie. We don't get much info passed on to us so it's nice to see how you're doing online. Your kids are just ADORABLE! Last time we saw Gavin, he was just a newborn!
I also wanted to say that my nephew is 2 1/2 and still doesn't speak. My sister put him in a similar program through her school district. His therapist comes to the house to work with him and already I can tell a HUGE difference. Gavin probably just needs a little jump start to catch up. But definitely go with the school program, I think it really helps!
